The delivery date of your first issue will be included on your order confirmation and is determined by the date the next available issue is printed. Please allow between 8–12 weeks before the delivery of your first issue.

Q: How do I know if I have successfully placed an order?
A: Soon after you have successfully placed an order for any Lovatts Media magazine or subscription via our website or over the phone, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided. This email will confirm the details of your magazine order including the postal address your order will be sent to. 
 
Q: I have missed a magazine issue. What can I do?
A: You can purchase a previous single issue of your favourite Lovatts Media magazine, or pre-order an upcoming issue, by visiting the single issues section of our website and following the steps to make a purchase. Q: I have just purchased a subscription. When will I receive my first issue?

A: Renewing your subscription is easy, and can be done by following these steps:
  1. Visit our subscriptions page and select the magazine subscription title you'd like to renew
  2. Select your preferred subscription duration by clicking the 'BUY' button
  3. Select ‘view cart’ or click the cart symbol located at the top right of the website, and follow the steps to complete your order
